[] TALK! OPEN UP! DON'T BOTTLE IT UP!
- Find someone that respects you and will help you work through issues you are facing
- Give yourself a break! We are all human and all have our down days! We can't be 100% all the time.
- A little truth that might be hard to swallow
- If the people around you don't want to hear about your feelings, you have the wrong people around you. Find some new friends.
REMEMBER - It is our own responsibility to heal our traumas and to live life in the fullest way we possibly can... The way we can do this is by learning who we are as individuals and what makes us tick in the right way. We have a unique superpower that we can feel what a lot of people can't and therefore we are guardian angels on earth to help others through struggles we have once lived through! ** When your anxiety hits, try and remain rational and let that take control of your anxiety. Slow, deep breathes will calm your heart rate and reduce the fight or flight reflex that has created the anxiety. Slowly the anxiety will ease and become more controllable - be patient and keep practicing! You will master it, if you persist **
